Stripe, cash-in-person at pickup [like stained glass and furniture], a local check that is drawn on a Virginia bank; gold; silver; or postal money order. NO bank money orders or certified checks please, as we have had a fair amount of problems with these. Bitcoin in the future.
Shipping Policy
Items will be shipped within 5 business days to allow proper time for packing. Many items can and will be shipped in less than 2 days. All large items [furniture and stained glass] will require crating of some type and the shipping charges will vary. We would prefer a pick-up here in Richmond VA, but if this poses a difficulty, we can assist. Crating charges are separate from the shipping charges. From my eBay store, 60-70% of my sales {10K + transactions / 4K + feedbacks / 100% happiness} were overseas, so we have a fair amount of experience here. DHL is our preferred carrier for small international shipments, due to the care they give each and every individual package....its like a courier service. All items are shipped insured with tracking without exception.
Return Policy
Returns are readily accepted as long as they are returned in the as-shipped condition. Notification must be issued 1st. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping ["buyer remorse"] costs UNLESS there are errors in the description or pictures, where the seller takes responsibility.
