We accept paypal payments and most major credit cards. Items usually ship on the same or next business day following cleared payment.

Canada & USA small mirrors:  $55

Canada & USA medium mirrors: $75

Canada & USA large mirrors: $150

Canada & USA extra large mirrors: $275

Items are shipped using either air mail signed for services or UPS/Fedex courier services. In all cases, items are fully insured for loss or damage in transit if damage is reported within 24 hours of receipt.

A signature may be required on delivery.

We use a number of couriers including UPS, Fedex, DX and ParcelForce - please note none of these couriers will guarantee a delivery time or day. If there is no one available to sign for goods at your home address during business hours you can request delivery to an alternative address at the time of ordering.

All orders are tracked. If delivery is not possible due to no one being available to sign for the delivery and subsequent re-delivery attempts have failed the seller will be responsible for all return shipping and re-sending charges.

Any customs, fees, import duties, tariffs etc. are the responsibility of the buyer.  Any items which are returned are done so at the buyers expense and must be returned in the same condition in which they were received - any loss in value through damage in transit or loss of items is the senders responsibility. 

Please recycle or donate packaging to charity - mirrors and furniture items are carefully wrapped to allow you to remove packaging easily whilst keeping it intact for re-use. If you don't need the packaging many charity shops will be happy to accept this.

Return Policy

We accept returns, return postage is payable by the buyer, you must contact us within 14 days of reciept to advise of return and to obtain a returns number. The goods must be returned to us within 30 days from the date you received, goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent in. Any loss of value as calculated by the seller shall be deducted from any refunded amounts. The condition of all mirrors is accurately described and any blemishes, marks and defects recorded and pictured. In the unlikely event of an item being lost or damaged in transit, a refund of the price of goods will be given. If reporting damage in transit, please send photos of the damage to enable us to make an insurance claim. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of deliveries. No damage claims will be accepted after this time - in line with insured courier requirements.  Please note discounted items or items supplied to a commercial enterprise cannot be returned or exchanged.
