Payment Policy

You can use PayPal to purchase any item from our store, you do not need an account to pay and can checkout as a guest using your credit or debit card. 

All items are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment Mon-Thurs and on the following Monday for items ordered over the weekend. 

Reservation of items can be done with a 10% deposit and a max reservation period of 7 days.

We are happy to explore layaway options for all items over £100 GBP. 

Shipping Policy

Free Worldwide shipping on all orders!

We use a variety of couriers depending on the cost of your item and location. 

The time it takes for your order to reach you will vary by area and customs procedures, we aim to provide you with an estimate at the time of shipping. 

All items are sent tracked and insured. 

We mainly use Royal Mail and DHL. 

Claims for damaged, delayed or lost items are filed through the shipping provider and the insurance is subject to their terms and conditions of carriage, claims can take up to 30 working days to process or longer for international deliveries, please contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues with your delivery, for damaged packages you must provide photographs of the damage and original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: Customs charges and/or any import duties and related charges are payable by the buyer, we will not be liable for any additional costs or fees incurred for this, please check with your local authority before purchase to determine if any fees will be applicable to your parcel. 

Return Policy

We accept returns on all orders for any reason. 

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to advise of your wish to return.

You must return items to us within 30 days of receiving your order/item.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

The procedure for items received damaged in transit is different from our normal returns policy, please see shipping information. 

Items must be returned to us in the state that they were sent in, if items are not returned in the original condition this then voids the return policy.

Once your item has been returned and we have acknowledged receipt we will process you a full refund via PayPal. 

We do not provide refunds until the item has been returned in its original condition. 

You have the right to cancel your order for the same time frame as laid out above, if your order has not been shipped we can process your cancellation request immediately, for items that have already been shipped then the returns policy will need to be followed and the item returned to us prior to refund.
