This is a top quality used adjustable expansive bit with both cutter inserts. The writing on the plastic case says it will drill holes from 7/8" to 3".  This is the graduated cutter model, with inch graduations to set the adjustable cutter to the size needed (gear driven).  It is marked on the shank  "IRWIN NO. 22 US OF A". It all in very good used condition, some very minor steel discoloration, otherwise very clean, no rust, sharp and ready to use.  The plastic case has some stains and discoloration, otherwise suitable to hold the auger bit and extra insert.
