Old Mexican Folk Art Pottery Pot with Lid. I would assume it is a casserole dish for serving up beans & rice. The lid has holes in it to let out steam. It a rustic hand crafted clay pottery. From handle to handle is is 11" across. The general diameter without the handles is 10". From the base to the top of the handle of the lid is approx. 7" high. The condition is good for an old item. There are some imperfections as is common with this old folk art Mexican pieces. There are no cracks or chips.
