Lovely Russian Fairy Tale  Tole Painted and Lacquered over  Metal Covered Bowl, Round Trinket Box .   It features a romantic couple surrounded by flowers and is 5.25" diameter x 3.5" tall. It's has a hand painted design over painted black metal with a red painted interior. Excellent condition.
