This "Artichoke" pattern by Spode is a very rare pattern from the Mid Century Modern era. It is 11" wide by 7" to the top of the Lid. It is very large for a covered vegetable. It is in mint unused condition with perfect gold trim (AND THERE IS A LOT OF IT) with a lovely Artichoke finial. I do not believe that the piece was ever used.
