Royal Stafford Foot Tea Cup Black / Gold with Blue Flowers in the interior

A lovely vintage Royal Stafford teacup   circa 1950.  Center of saucer and interior of teacup is white with blue floral pattern.  The rim is foliated and trimmed in gold with a  gold handle.  The outside is black with mat finish.  It is in excellent condition. No chips, nicks, or crazing.
Stamp reads (in gold): 1828. Royal Stafford. Bone China. Made in England
