Bird of Paradise console bowl made by Red Wing Pottery, as part of their Tropicana line.  Marked #B2014, 1950's.  Dark green exterior with yellow interior shiny glazes.  Measures 14"l x 9"w oval, 2.75"h.  Has one glaze glitch as shown in photo, but no chips or cracks.  Sold as is.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
