Pretty Mother of Pearl Heart Pendant Necklace

Very pretty Mother of Pearl Heart with a twisted gold wire wrap. The pendant is not marked but the chain is mared RP 1/2 12K. There is a another swiggle mark but I don't know what it could mean.
It measre 7/8" x 1/2". The chain is 18".
The condition is very good. The gold has we bit of tarnish.
