Porcelain Cigarette or Dresser Box, Hand painted Bird Design and gold trim. It is lidded and measures 2.5 high x 3.5" deep x 5" wide. There is a remnant of a paper label on the bottom. Not enough to make an identification although I believe it is made in Japan. The condition is excellent. The bird motif on the lid is also on each of long sides and the short sides have a gold painted rose.
