Arabesque Pottery Lamps in the Middle Eastern Style

Unavailable

Our pair of table lamps are crafted from two vases, apparently pottery or faience, and feature reticulated bodies and necks, and wonderful painted designs in turquoise blue, red and gold on a cream-colored ground.  With modern wiring and sockets, ready for use.  Possibly from Ignac Fischer of Budapest, known in the nineteenth century for his pottery that commonly incorporated Chinese and Middle Eastern designs.  Each 24.5 inches tall to the top of the sockets, and approximately 6.5 inches in diameter.
