This is a nice quality 8" long electrians pliers marked "PEXTO 500-8" around the pivot point. Pexto is the trade name used on many tools made by Peck, Stow, and Wilcox. In very good working condition, no rust, no pitting, a few small lightly dinged areas, good jaws and cutter, good joint, minimal wear. A hard to find model, by a well known, quality tool manufacturer!
