Pennsylvania RR Come A Long Way Ad 1946 This is a June 10, 1946 advertisement It is a nice two page color ad from the Pennsylvania Railroad. Some of the advances made are shown here in picture, one the engineer talking on the phone, two the cab signals and three the automatic position light signals. It reads, We've come a long way since the ""Highball"" Page two shows a man hoisting a big ball high into the air on some scaffolding. This was a form of information to an engineer as how to proceed. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 10 1/4"" wide by 14"" tall.
