Peach Opalescent Carnival Glass, Dugan, (Apple Blossom & Twigs) ruffled, Plate. This Carnival Plate is 8 3/4" Across By 1 3/4" Tall off the table and has 10 Ruffles. It has great deep near PUMPKIN ORANGE  Marigold color and a lot of Opalescences covering over half of the backside  ,  It has a (Slight Factory Split on the Top Edge, As Shown), this is caused by the worker putting ruffles on the piece when it was too cold, it has been that way all it's life. The Replacement value of this Carnival Plate is $225.00. The Shipping is FREE.   Ref. # C-21
