Pair Paris Porcelain Painted & Gilt Vases

Our pair of Paris porcelain vases date from the first or second quarter of the nineteenth century, and feature finely painted scenes, including fallen soldier being comforted by a maiden, and officer pointing to a burial cross with laurel wreath with kneeling maiden beside him, plus lion handles and paw feet. Each in very good condition, with rubbing wear and scratches, surface dirt and grime in crevices.
