Our exceptional pair of Satsuma vases measure 30 by 16 inches each and features the images of birds, butterflies and fish in cartouches surrounded by flying cranes among clouds, with lappets toward the bottom and brocade designs at the neck.  In good condition. The necks of each have been restored with new enamel and there are restorations to some of the gilding decorations.
