Pair of Lobmeyer Enamelled Tumblers

This pair of gilded and enamel painted tumblers is attributed to Lobmeyer (Lobemeyer, Lobmeyr Lobemeyr). Each measures 4.25" high and 2" across. Each is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. They feature a gentleman and lady in eighteenth or early nineteenth century attire, with rear panels decorated with flowers and interlocking c-scrolls. These items come from an impressive collection of antique Bohemian and French glass numbering over 150 items. They reside with our client on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York city, and may be seen by appointment.
