Pair Maison Bagues Style Silver Gilt Metal Sconces

Unavailable

Our pair of antique sconces, dating from the early 20th century and possibly from Maison Bagues, feature the figures of parrots and are crafted from molded glass, amethyst stone and silvered metal.  Each approximately 25 by 13 by 5 inches.  Each with old candelabra-size sockets and old wiring with cloth sheaths which suggests they date sometime prior to arond 1940. We may rewire as necessary prior to shipment.

They come from a Manhattan home decorated by Hélio Fraga (-2005), one of Brazil's leading interior designers known for his work in Rio de Janeiro, Miami, New York and Paris.
