Pair Antique Louis XV Style Giltwood Upholstered Stools

Our pair of petite, antique (nineteenth century) foot stools in the French Louis XV style measure 14 1/4 inches across, 10 1/2 deep and 9 1/2 high. Their modern taupe colored velvet (or velour) upholstery is in good condition with some soiled and stained areas. There are considerable losses to the gilding, plus nicks, dents, scratches and small losses, all consistent with age.
