Pair Antique French Bronze Turquoise Porcelain Rooster Candelabra by Arson

Included here is a magnificent pair of nineteenth century gilt bronze candelabra featuring turquoise glazed porcelain figurines after the French animalier, Alphonse-Alexandre Arson (1822-1880).  Each measures 21" tall, 16" across and 12" deep. Each has three candle arms with their original bobeches.  Condition of each is good. One rooster has a loss to one spur and the other with has a loss to one tail feather. There are no visible cracks or repairs to the porcelain. One candelabra is lacking a screw to hold the bronze to base. Each were recently regilt.
