A pair of antique Chinese blue and white Porcelain Dragon vases Qing Dynasty (1644-1911 A.D.) of baluster form with a flared neck, made of excellent quality semi-transparent white porcelain.
Each is decorated with a finely painted underglaze in a vibrant tone of cobalt blue, with a five-clawed scaly dragon amidst flames and the clouds

The lower parts near the base are painted with foaming waves and rocks. One of the vases has an Qiulong horned dragon painted above foaming waves.

Each vase on the base has a hand-painted under the glaze six-character Kangxi mark.

CONDITION: each vase has a single chip on the rim of the neck and chip on the base rim. No cracks, restorations, or repairs.
