Over The Edge Cartoon Contest Ad 1935 This is a September 1935 advertisement. It is a nice black and white ad from Cartoon Editor, The Open Road for Boys, Boston. Ad shows a policeman, on his motorcycle. He is in pursuit of a bandit and his bike goes through the barrier and he is falling down a steep cliff. There is a prize for the best and funniest cartoons showing how the officer is saved. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 5 inches wide by 5 1/8 inches tall.
