This lovely Secessionist period glass with ruby red glass cut to clear dates from the early 20th century, likely 1910s or 1920s, and is attributed to the glass school at Haida and made by Johann Oertel.  It resembles the designs of Otto Prutscher (1880-1949) for Johann Oertel & Co. of Hajda (Haida), Germany, known as Novy Bor, Czech Republic since 1948.

Measures: 7 3/8 x 4 1/4 x 3 1/2 in; 18.7 x 10.8 x 8.9 cm.  There's noticeable wear to the bottom and a small chip on the inside of the bowl.
