  Original Watercolor  Painting Abstract Leaves.
   It is signed in pencil along the mid section of the blue wispy looking leaf.  The name is Burks Wiler and I was told that she is  local Pacific Northwest Artist    who has been features in a few galleries in Seattle.      It is matted .   I have some other water colors by the same artist and one is singed as Priscilla Wiler.  

 

  The painting is on watercolor paper and measures   15" x 11"  The mat is 16" x 20" and is of high quality heavy paper and has a backing as well.   

 

The condition is excellent on the painting although there is a piece of tape on one edge that certainly is hidden by the mat.
