Original Late Nineteenth to Early Twentieth Century Meissen Porcelain Figurine of A Couple Celebrating

Unavailable
This porcelain Meissen figurine of a couple in celebration measures approx. 6.25" in height and 4" in length at the base. The figurine features a male and female standing next to each other on a rocky surface with some scattered grass and a tree stump. The man is standing in front of a barrel of what one might guess is some sort of ale or liquor, and in one hand he is holding a jug and in the other is a matching goblet. The man is wearing a black hat and highly detailed and fancy attire, and appears to be enjoying the festivities. The woman is also wearing finely decorated and fancy attire, and she is holding a basket of grapes in one hand, and a bunch of grapes on the vine in the other. On a rock beside the woman rests a basket of mult-colored flowers and roses. The tree stump is hidden behind the woman's purple dress. This figurine is in fine original condition with no signs of restoration! No cracks, chips, or repairs! Marked on the side of the base with blue Meissen crossed swords, and impressed on the bottom with: C 60.
