Lovely and usefull antique figural Victorian lady brush. The handle as you see is the lady hold a fan. The bistles make up her skirt. I assume the bristle are some type of organic fiber like straw.
The condition is great. There is no damage of missing bristles. I bought if from a man who picked it up in an antiques store while in England.
