#9511 pattern sugar bowl with lid, made by F. Winkle of England. "WIK1" on a popular replacements site.  Earthenware body with hand-painted multi-color enamels over transfer of flowers, yellow band with lattice, and gold trim.  Circa 1915. Though the flat pieces of the pattern show a Chinese pheasant in the center of the design, this hollow ware piece does not. Measures 3 5/8"h to top of knob, 5 3/4" handle-to-handle. Minor decal glitches, but no chips or cracks. Sold as is. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
