Antique restaurant ware platter, marked "L.Straus & Sons" of New York, which was the distributor, not the maker. Impressed crown mark with Roman numerals and the number "12". Pattern of blue floral pendants around the border. Measures 10.375" x 14.75" oval. Has moderate surface wear for it's age, but no chips or cracks. Sold as is. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
