Pairpoint silver-plated "Milano" soup ladle, circa 1891. Engraved florals inside the bowl.  No monogram. Measures 13"l x 4.25"w.  Overall nice condition, with only a few small spots in the bowl.  Sold as is.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
