Noritake Nippon gold-encrusted, hand-painted nut set, decorated with red glaze & pink roses.  Dates from the 1890s-1930s.  Octagon shape with 3 small "feet" underneath each bowl.  Set consists of 1 master bowl, and 3 individual bowls.  Designed as a nut set, but can be used for just about anything you wish to serve.  Large bowl measures 5 1/2"d x 2 7/8"h; small bowls 3"d x 1 7/8"h.  Large bowl is cracked, but still useful; small bowls are fine.  Sold as is, and as a set.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
