Antique cake serving plate with cut-out handles, gold trim, and large hand-painted pink roses & green leaves. Ornately embossed. Dates from the early 1900s, but has no maker's mark. Artist signature "Arlene Russell". Measures 11"d; 12.5" handle-to-handle. Very nice condition with no significant wear. Makes a lovely focal point to any location!
