Nice antique English art nouveau majolica tile from an unattributed maker, c. 1900-1910.  T. & R. Boote, Ltd. made this design depicting a stylized deep red water lily floating along, and perhaps they made this one as well....I have posted a photo of the back in the event someone might recognize it. The tile is in excellent/very good original condition with light crazing and staining at upper left; a glaze bruise just to the left of the flower, as shown.
