Buffalo China "Chelsea" pattern restaurant ware plates, dating from 1919. Made for J.R. Gibney of New York (distributor). Teal green vining border on white. Each plate measures 9"d. In good used condition with some surface wear, no chips or cracks. Sold as is, and as a set of 4. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
