Niloak Pottery cowboy hat/planter

Niloak cowboy hat, Unusual pastel hollow hat, planter? The color goes through the clay & is hand made, a milk colored glaze covers this orange/grey & white clay. Hat is perfect except for a nick on the back of hat, is hard to see. This isn't marked, but it looks like every piece of Niloak I have sold of this mottled type except for the color?? If you know when this was made, et please let me know. 7 x 6" x 3" high.
