What a lovely little floral necklace. It is made up of blue molded plastic inserts with glued in blue rhinestone centers. These are all on a brass base. The rhinestones are all glued in and the glue had oozed out from under them and had now turnned yellow. The rhinestones except one are foiled on the back. I would say this one has been replace, it does not look as though it has just lost some of it's foil. The entire necklace measures approx. 17 1/2". The floral center is approx. 8 1/4" long and the flowers are approx. 5/8" wide. The chains are not gold, but they and the heart charm have gold colored residue and I think it has just worn off.
