This is a very lovely beaded necklace. The beads are really great. I hacve examined them closely under a loupe and I do not find any sign that these are transfer prints. They beads have the same design on each but are not identical. They appear to have each been hand painted. They are strung on a heavy cotton or silk cord, knotted between each bead. The clasp is a nice one that appears to be gold plated or possibly say 10 kt. There is a mark on the clasp, but was not a good strike mark. It looks like half a capital "H", the left leg is missing, a capital "O" and a small "z". Of course, I may be reading it upside down, too. It measures approx. 26".
