Our finely scupted, cast and patinated figure of Narcissus was produced by the Chiurazzi foundry of Naples in the late ninteenth to early twentieth century. It features a relatively rare copper colored patina that distinguishes it from the many Grand Tour castings of this famous figure from art history. In good condition, with rubbing wear to the patina, nicks, scratches and such, all consistent with age and decent care.
