Napoleon Capodimonte Porcelain  Blue Rose Candle Holder.   The Stem is curled up to make a handle.
It measures 4" x 5" across and 2.75" tall.  It is marked on the bottom with a blue crow over a italicized N.
The condition is excellent..maybe some paint wear on the handle but there are no chips or crack.  It is extremely fine and delicate.
