Murano Vetro Artistico Millefiore, Signed Square Art Glass Paperweight .  With a thick band of crackled gold flanking a stripe of Millefiore.   It is layer on top of a blue bottom.  

Appears perfect, no scratches or dings.  One of the felt pads are missing but I don't think that the pads are original to the piece.      Approximately 2-5/8 square x 3/4 inch thick.
