Vintage Moser Emerald Hand Enameled Art Glass Vase. Deep emerald green color accented with dainty hand enameled flowers. It is lovely. The gold band at the top is shiny were as the neck and shoulder decor is a mat finish. There is a raised scroll trim that has the same shiny finish as the neck band on the base. The pattern is the same on the front as back. The condition is near excellent with the exception of some a slight amount of wear on the gold gilt on the base. It is unsigned.
