Our client's monumental pair of Italian Venetian campana-form floor torchiere vases feature extraordinary surfaces of beaded and faceted crystal glass in various shapes and sizes, and measure an impressive 62.5 in (159 cm) and 31.5 in (80 cm) across. Each in very good condition with internal sockets of European standard that light the vases from within.

Only a handful of pairs of this and similar models of the same scale have come to market in the past 25 years or so.  For other pairs of this model, see lot 401 of Sotheby's sale in New York on December 8, 2011 which closed at $152,500, and lot 94 of Christie's sale in London on March 6, 2014 which closed at 98,500 GBP ($164,909).
