It was edited by Ruth Berolzheimer and illustrated by Armour, Booth Fisheries, Campbell Soup Company and the Kraft Company among others. This booklet was published by Culinary Arts Institute in 1951. This book is number 20 in a series of booklets by the Culinary Arts Institute. This booklet is meant to go along with the Culinary Arts Institute cookbooks they have in a series. The little number next to the recipe tells what numbered cookbook it is located in. This 48 page booklet Does Not contain any recipes, only menu ideas. There are black and white photos to go with many of the menu ideas. Inside the back cover, there is The Eater's Almanac tear out from the April 1947 issue of Journal of Living. This menu guide appears to have not been used much. We consider it to be in excellent condition. It measures approximately 9 x 6 inches wide.
