"Sunburst Gold" coffee pot with lid made by (Nelson) McCoy Pottery, ca. 1957. Embossed mark and 24kt gold seal. Unlike later versions, namely "Golden Brocade", this glaze did not wash off easily, and had much better endurance. Measures 7.25"h. Has a chip inside the rim of the lid, some wear to the highpoints of the gold finish. Overall good condition, with no other chips or cracks. Sold as is. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
