Masons Ironstone Canada Plate. This is an ironstone plate with burgandy leaves around outside ruffled border with Canada on a smaller burgandy border. There is handpainting on a transfer of a shield, crown, flags and two animal like creatures in the center of the plate with orange, blue, green, gold and gray colors. Also in the center is written Dominion of Canada on top of transfer and the bottom is written A Mari lVsove Ad Mare. Backstamp reads Masons, Patent Ironstone China, England, Made in England. There is also a number C2067 with initials ck. The plate has age appropriate crazing but otherwise excellent condition. 10 1/2 inches.
