Restaurant ware custard, or double egg cup, with "AMMH" logo in shield.  Possibly from the Methodist Hospital in Miami Oklahoma.  Marked "Lamberton China", made by Maddock's of Trenton, New Jersey 1918-24.  White ceramic with brown & black logo and bands.  Measures 2 7/8"h x 3 1/8"d.  Good condition with no chips or cracks.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
