Limoges France Forget-Me-Not flowered Porcelain Trinket Box, Container with Lid.  It also has raised textured trim border on the lid as well as the bowl.  I measures 4" long x 3" wide and it about  1.75" tall included the hump on the top part of the lid.   Judging by the marks on the bottom it is not old but I have not been able to find out any information on the maker of this item.    ( However it is not a knock off).    It is a very lovely little container in excellent condition.
