Leaded cut glass nappy. Star pattern is one I don't see very often. Bowl has a couple of points that have minor nicks, & the bottom has several little flake type nicks, you have to look very hard to see them & they are not anything that is uncommon on this type of item. I don't know the age of this, but the little nicks suggest a older nappy. Has a applied handle. Very elegant 6" not including handle
