Our amazing gold sacred heart pendant, circa 1840-1870s, measures 5.75 by 2.75 by 1.75 inches and weighs 4.8 oz, 138 g.  It features a diamond studded cross, two large faceted oval shaped diamonds and a band of smaller diamonds.  Believed to be of French origin, 18k.  There is a semi-rectangular assay or inventory mark which is worn and difficult to decipher.
