Large Solon tile depicting a cowled female (perhaps a personification of winter?) reaping kindling to kindle the fire at her feet; from Minton's China Works. The tile is in very good to excellent condition with minimal surface wear and sight bottom left corner glaze nick. A very nice glossy glaze.
